Ostabengtson is possibly Sweden’s most well-aged cheese shop. It’s existed in Lund since 1951, and now a third generation Bengtson is at the helm. From the very beginning, Ostabengtson have been renowned for their Swedish hard cheeses. Partly because of the incredible flavour, but also because they make it themselves with 100% control over the ripening process.
