Clemens Kött & Husman
The tastiest meat usually speaks SkånISH.
Meat that tastes heavenly starts with animals that have had a good life in the field. Free-range pigs that can furrow to their heart’s content, grazing cattle and game from clean, Swedish forests. Clemens Kött & Husman stands with their feet firmly in the Skåne soil. Their sausages, salami and ham are handmade with ingredients from local farms and hunters. The down-to-earth nature typical of Skåne people has generated good food for decades, and will for years to come.
ICE CREAM DOESN’T GET FRESHER THAN THIS
Everyday Favvo Glass’s ice cream master, Ronald, mixes a base of milk, cream, and egg. After a 12-hour resting period it’s flavouring time. Anne and Ronald do everything, from picking fresh ingredients, making the caramel and blending ripe bananas by hand. They create all the recipes themselves and the raw ingredients give the soft ice cream its unique flavour. And if you want milk, egg or nut free ice cream, try their fruit sorbets. Which flavour is the best? Ronald’s favourite the rich and nutty Baileys with hazelnut. What will your Favvo be?
