THE HALL’S RAWEST MENU

If you are to believe Joen Sjödell, the love for raw fish is forever. In 1996 he started one of Sweden's first sushi restaurants in Lund, and today he and his friends Fredrik and David run Malmö Saluhall's own poke bar. At PÅRIS they serve Hawaiian poke bowls as they are supposed to be made, with lukewarm rice, marinated fish, carefully selected ingredients and tasty salsa.
